Use of the Service

PhotoDetector.ai provides image authenticity analysis and AI-generation likelihood estimates. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

No Definitive Proof

Detection results are estimates. They may be wrong, incomplete, or uncertain. Do not rely on PhotoDetector.ai as the only basis for legal, financial, employment, moderation, journalistic, or safety decisions.

Uploaded Content

You are responsible for the images you upload. Do not upload content that you do not have permission to process, or content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, confidential, or harmful.

Privacy and Storage

The current tool does not save uploaded test images by default. It may generate and store report data such as hashes, metadata summaries, detector evidence, and result scores.

Availability

The service may change, pause, fail, or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or compatibility with every image format or detector model.

Future Paid Features

PhotoDetector.ai may later offer paid subscriptions, API access, batch analysis, saved reports, team features, or premium detector models. Additional terms may apply to those features.
