Our Privacy Promise

PhotoDetector.ai analyzes uploaded test images to generate an authenticity report. We do not save uploaded test images in the current version of the tool.

Information We Process

When you upload an image, the app may process the image file, file name, file size, image dimensions, metadata, EXIF data, file hash, and detector results. This information is used to produce the report shown to you.

Reports

The service may store report data such as scores, evidence, metadata summaries, file hashes, and report IDs. Reports are intended to help you review a result later. Uploaded image files themselves are not saved by default.

Third-Party Services

The app may run on hosting providers such as Hugging Face and may later use analytics, payments, authentication, storage, or AI APIs. If those services are added, this policy should be updated to describe them.

Limitations

AI image detection is probabilistic and not definitive proof. Avoid uploading sensitive, private, illegal, or confidential images unless you understand the risks of sending them to an online service.
